Direct Financial Benefits to Tenants from a Dense “Walkable Neighborhood” Concept Specific to the Woodmore Development Site

Woodmore Town Center received approval for development of CSP-03006-01, which drastically increased both the Residential and Retail capacity of their site as follows:

  • 900 to 1,100 residential units; up to 2,500,000 square feet of retail, office, and institutional uses; and 360 room hotel and conference center between 6,000 and 45,000 square feet.

Commons at Largo, Preliminary Plan of Subdivision 4-14011,  will be a 19 acre mixed-use project with 1,566 Multi-family residential units and 40,000 square feet of retail

County Center Prince George’s will also have Residential, Retail, Office, Institutional and Hotel / Conference capacity as follows:

  • 200 to 700 residential units; 100,000 to 500,000 square feet  of retail; 400,000 to 1,000,000 square feet of office; a maximum of 300,000 square feet of institutional uses; and Hotel use consisting of 200 rooms and conference center between 5,000 and 30,000 square feet.

Existing Public Transit Service

Public transit services are available at the site through Prince George’s County The Bus Routes 21 & 28.  Developer agrees to coordinate with TENANT and Prince George’s County to establish a dedicated on-site transit stop along The Bus Routes 21 and/or 28 on Ruby Lockhart Blvd, as well as a detailed plan for complimentary shuttle service(s) looping from the development site to Largo Town Center Metrorail Station
